Advertising terms
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to everyone who advertises on allqus through adwords.allqus.com (“advertiser”), in addition to the terms of use.
1. Verification (KYC) is required
- Every advertiser must verify their identity or company before any ad can be published: company or personal details, an ID card or passport of the responsible person and, for companies, a current commercial register extract.
- Status: Not verified, Pending, Approved or Rejected. Only approved advertisers can run campaigns. We may ask for more documents and may refuse a verification without giving detailed reasons.
- If your company name, address or company number changes, the verification must be repeated; your ads stop until it is approved again.
2. Ad review
Every new or changed ad is reviewed before it is shown. We may reject, pause or remove ads at any time, especially if they break these terms or the law. Approval does not mean we confirm the ad is lawful; the advertiser remains responsible.
3. Content rules
Ads must be truthful, clear and lawful, and the link must lead to the advertised offer. Not allowed, among others:
- misleading claims, fake prices, fake urgency, imitation of other brands or of allqus itself;
- illegal products and services, weapons, drugs, tobacco and nicotine, prescription medicines, gambling without a Swiss licence, adult content, dating for adults;
- financial products that promise returns, crypto schemes, “get rich” offers, debt collection, payday loans;
- discrimination, hate, violence, political or religious campaigning;
- malware, phishing, pages that collect personal data under false pretences, or pages that don’t work;
- content that infringes trademarks, copyright or other rights.
Health, alcohol and other regulated products only where Swiss law allows and with the required information.
4. How ads are shown
Ads appear below AI answers when the question matches the advertiser’s keywords, at most one per answer, always marked “Sponsored”. When several ads match, relevance and the price per click decide. We don’t promise any number of impressions or clicks, positions or results. We may exclude ads from certain questions or users (for example on sensitive topics).
5. Prices, balance and payment
- Advertising is prepaid. You top up a balance in CHF (card or other methods via Stripe). Prices include no VAT unless shown at checkout.
- You pay per click, at most the price per click you set (minimum CHF 0.20). A click is charged at most once per person and ad per day. Impressions are free.
- Ads stop when the balance is lower than the price per click or the campaign’s daily budget is used up.
- We filter suspicious clicks; obvious invalid clicks found later are credited back. Claims about charges must be made within 60 days.
- Unused balance can be refunded on request when you stop advertising, minus payment fees, unless the account was closed for breaking these terms. Balances expire 24 months after the last top-up.
6. Responsibility of the advertiser
The advertiser is fully responsible for the ads, the linked pages and the advertised offers, and holds Teknocare GmbH harmless against claims of third parties and authorities arising from them, including reasonable legal costs.
7. Statistics and data
Advertisers see impressions, clicks and spend for their ads. They receive no personal data about the people who see or click the ads. Our handling of advertiser data is described in the privacy policy.
8. Suspension and ending
You can pause or delete campaigns at any time. We may suspend or close an advertiser account at once in case of fraud, wrong KYC information, repeated rejected ads or unpaid amounts. Swiss law applies; courts: Schlieren (canton of Zurich).
