Terms of use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to the use of allqus (allqus.com and the related services) operated by Teknocare GmbH, Switzerland (see the Impressum). By using allqus you accept them. Advertisers also accept the advertising terms.
1. The service
allqus is an answer engine: it searches the web and other sources and writes answers with links to the sources using artificial intelligence. It also offers saved chats, projects, file uploads, connected apps, making images and videos, voice mode, writing help for messages (with sending through WhatsApp), official alerts for Switzerland, apps for Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone (installed from the browser), an AI Agent, Coder (writing, running and checking code), Drive with Docs, Sheets and Slides, and related features. Some features are only available with an account or a paid plan, as shown on the pricing page.
We develop allqus continuously and may change, add or remove features. We do our best to keep the service available but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors.
2. AI answers are not advice
Answers are created automatically and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, even when sources are shown. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. Check important information yourself and ask a professional where needed. You are responsible for what you do with the answers. See About the AI and its answers.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old (younger only with a parent’s consent) and give correct information.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else used it.
- One person per account. Team plans are for the number of people (seats) you pay for.
- If you register as a company, you confirm that you may act for that company and that its details are correct. Details filled in from the Swiss commercial register are taken as published there; tell us if they are wrong or outdated.
- We send emails needed for your account (for example confirmations, receipts, security notices and important changes to these terms). Emails about new features, products and offers are only sent if you agreed to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Your content
Your questions, files, documents and other content stay yours. You give us the right to store and process them only as far as needed to provide allqus to you (for example to send a question to the AI provider or to save a document). You confirm that you are allowed to upload and use the content and that it does not break the law or the rights of others.
Answers and documents created for you may be used by you freely, subject to the rights of third parties in quoted sources.
4a. Content made with AI
- Answers, documents, code and other results are generated by AI. Check them before you rely on them or publish them.
- If you publish AI-generated text, images, audio or video, say that it was generated or changed by AI where the law requires it (for example under the EU AI Act for content that informs the public or could be mistaken for real), and don’t present it as written by a person where that would mislead.
- Images and videos are made by AI and may carry an invisible watermark that marks them as AI-generated. Don’t remove such marks, and don’t make images or videos of real people that could be mistaken for real or that harm them.
- Don’t use allqus to make decisions about people (for example hiring, credit, housing or insurance) without human review.
4b. Coder Agent
- The Coder Agent writes code and runs commands for you in a separate cloud computer. It can install third-party packages; their licences apply to you. Review the code and test results before you use or publish them.
- Anything that leaves the cloud computer (pushing to GitHub, opening pull requests, publishing packages, deploying) and deleting folders only happens after you approve it. You are responsible for what you approve.
- Don't put passwords or keys into instructions or code; use environment variables. Don't use the agent for anything the acceptable use policy forbids; attack tools, network scanning, crypto mining and similar are blocked, and we may stop tasks that misuse the service.
- Each plan includes a number of cloud minutes per month, shown in the Coder Agent. A session's cloud computer and its files are removed after 14 days without use. We don't guarantee that a task succeeds or that files are kept longer; download what you need.
4c. Write a message and WhatsApp
- Write a message helps you correct, rephrase, shorten or translate your own messages. The AI can change the meaning or tone, or translate imperfectly: read the text before you send it. You are the sender and are responsible for what you send.
- “Send with WhatsApp” only opens WhatsApp with your text filled in; allqus doesn’t send messages, isn’t part of your conversation and isn’t responsible for WhatsApp’s availability or delivery. WhatsApp’s own terms apply to your use of WhatsApp.
- Only write to people who expect to hear from you. Don’t use the feature for spam, mass or unsolicited advertising messages, or to impersonate others.
4d. Swiss alerts
Alerts in Switzerland are official alerts from Alertswiss (the Federal Office for Civil Protection and the cantons), shown as published and refreshed every few minutes. They may arrive late, be machine-translated, or be missing if the source or our service is unavailable, and which alerts appear depends on your approximate location, which can be wrong. allqus is not an alerting system: don’t rely on it to be warned. Follow the authorities, sirens and radio, use the official alert.swiss app, and call 112 in an emergency. Details: Swiss alerts: source, data and safety.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break it, after a warning where reasonable, or at once in serious cases.
6. Plans, prices and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance per month or year through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page; VAT is added where it applies.
- You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the plan then ends at the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
- If a payment fails, we may downgrade the account to the free plan.
7. Free plan and limits
The free plan and guest use are offered without any guarantee and with limits (for example questions per day). We may change these limits.
8. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect or consequential damage, lost profit and lost data is excluded as far as the law allows. We are not liable for the content of linked websites, for advertisers’ offers, or for decisions you make on the basis of AI answers. Keep your own copies of important files.
9. Ending the use
You can stop using allqus and delete your account at any time (Support → Your data). We may end free accounts with 30 days’ notice, and any account at once for serious breaches of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We tell account holders about important changes in advance; if you keep using allqus after they take effect, you accept them.
11. Law and courts
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Courts: Schlieren (canton of Zurich). Consumers may also sue at their place of residence where the law allows it, and mandatory consumer protection of their country remains unaffected (for consumers in the EU, the online dispute resolution rules of their country apply). If you use allqus from another country, you are responsible for following its laws, including export controls and sanctions.
